Brynn's enthusiasm for yoga and music is undeniable; during her classes she marries the two perfectly! Her teaching style provides yogis a comfortable space to let go of everything that prevents them from experiencing who they are.
Erica is passionate about leading others to reconnect their mind, body, and spirit to improve health and well-being. In her classes, you can expect to melt your stress away, move your body mindfully, and most importantly; just be!
Greg guides yogis through a magnificent dance of mind, body, and soul. He has mastered the art of meeting you on your lilypad; and allowing you to stand in your true north.
Jenn loves to teach classes that meet you where you are today. Taking that time to breathe deeply and stretch and move has literally saved her life, and she feels so blessed to get to share that profound experience.
Jess's class is a slow burn power flow with careful attention to alignment. For beginners and long time practitioners alike, she breaks asanas down to their basics in order to rebuild from the strongest, steadiest foundation.
Madison has a very rich yoga repertoire that encompasses sweaty Vinyasa flows, strong Hatha sequences, gentle Yin practices as well as restorative yoga classes.
Raf's classes blend awakening, balancing, and grounding poses marvelously. His peaceful tone and strong presence creates a welcoming experience for the beginner and seasoned yogi alike.
Victoria is a personal trainer, mom, and business owner. She's been raising heart rates, building strength, and stretching yogis for 10+ years and cannot wait to see you on the mat!
